Nicholas Castellano

After graduation, Nicholas went on to work at the Queens County District Attorneys Office until 2026. During that time, Nicholas handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. Nicholas has worked on a myriad of cases including but not limited to the following: DWI, illegal drug possession, larcenies, assaults, robberies, illegal weapons possessions, shootings, stabbings, resisting arrest, stalking, harassment, sex crimes, and murders.

Nicholas also worked extensively with NYPD detectives on the crime scenes of numerous murders. Nicholas investigated these murders by observing and analyzing the crime scene and victim personally, directing investigative efforts by police on location, drafting and issuing subpoenas and search warrants for witnesses and evidence, and tracking suspects both within New York State and internationally.

While at the Queens County District Attorney's Office, Nicholas also acquired trial and hearing experience that he now uses, along with the rest of his knowledge acquired over years in the field, to help his clients defend themselves against the charges they face. His experiences in law enforcement give him an edge over them. He knows how they think and operate, because he was once one of them.

Since branching out and founding his own firm, Nicholas has expanded his practice areas. In addition to criminal law, he has worked in the following areas of law: contract disputes, administrative law, property damage claims, slander and libel claims, and employment disputes.

Nicholas is always actively seeking new areas of law to expand his practice into. He aims to continue to broaden his knowledge and expand his business. He strives to continue being a "jack of all trades" who can handle any case his clients bring to him. He encourages all potential clients to contact him about any legal issue, even if it is not something he has previously handled.
